Tadalafil (Cialis) is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED, also called impotence) and problems with urination caused by an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hypertrophy or BPH). Do not use Cialis for a condition for which it was not prescribed. Do not give Cialis to other people, even if they have the same symptoms that you have. It may harm them.
