Terms & Conditions

REVISION POLICY:

You may request as many changes as are specified in the specifics of your package, and the number of revisions permitted depends on the package you chose. We put a priority on giving our clients the greatest services possible, and we’ll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. There will be an extra cost if you have utilized your assigned number of revisions or if you ask to make changes in the layout/design after it is approved. Your updated design will be ready in 48 business hours. Following the completion of the logo, website, and graphic designs, any requested changes or adjustments will be handled as a new order and will incur a separate fee.

REFUND POLICY:

Sphereoak.com refund policy will be nil if;

  • You have chosen a special package.
  • The primary design concept/layout has been approved.
  • Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • You have demanded more revisions than allotted in the proposal.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
  • Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 1 week of the project.
  • The creative brief is lacking in the required information.
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • The business is closing or changing its name or business.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only be applicable to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
  • The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 7 days, from the date of purchase.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
  • In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the layout or the test link design or if the website is sent for development.
  • In instances, where websites have been developed and uploaded on test links or actual domains, no refunds will be entertained. Sphereoak.com will only be liable to troubleshoot problems (if and when) the customer has subscribed to web support services.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained once the logo/website designs are approved.
  • A partial refund (not exceeding 25%) could be availed if the client fails to provide the initial brief for the logo/web design within 3 days of placing the order.

Note: Sphereoak.com reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement whenever it sees fit. The designs will become the exclusive property of Sphereoak.com after the refund; client won’t have any rights to use them for anything else. The designs will rightfully belong to the business.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed, we will initiate the process. After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Sphereoak.com

DELIVERY POLICY:

  • The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.
  • The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 3 business days.

RECORD MAINTENANCE:

Sphereoak.com keeps the records of finalized designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be provided the exact file.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

Sphereoak.com hereby accepts that any work produced for a client shall be regarded as and acknowledged as the sole intellectual property of the client(s) alone. Once the project is paid for in full, declared officially finished, and given to the Client/Promisee, the Client/Promisee will be granted sole ownership of the work.

COMMUNICATION POLICY:

  • Sphereoak.com  will not be responsible for any communication done via any other platform than “….@sphereoak.com” or any numbers not provided by us or given on our official website.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused due to other contact details not provided by us.
  • We take full responsibility for all the information provided through our official domains.

VAT POLICY:

  • According to State law, all online services incur VAT.
